It is important that you check the tubing to ensure there are no cracks, rips, tears or milk residue, because the tubing is what helps control the suction.
This is sold as one piece, with two tubes connected as pictured.

This tubing ONLY fits this original model of Medela Freestyle, with a motor shown in the image below. It does NOT work with the new "Freestyle Flex" model. So please ensure you match with the pump you have (or email us) as we cannot do returns on breast pump parts.
