Menstrual Cup

Once you've tried a menstrual cup, you're unlikely to go back to using pads or tampons as this is a game-changer!   These are the zero-waste alternative to tampons and pads, leak-free, eco-friendly, cost friendly and giving you a lot more freedom!  We're proud to stock the Oi Cup™ as it's reasonably easy to use and has extra holes designed at the top for better suction and easier removal than others we've tried.  Just fold and insert it like a tampon, and it can stay in place for up to 12 hours, holding between 15 to 30ml of fluid.   Change (remove, rinse, re-insert) once or twice per day depending on your cycle.  Once you are familiar with its use and your flow, you will know how frequently you need to empty it.

It might seem a bit strange to start with, be patient and give yourself time to get use to inserting and removing it.  It's not as scary as it looks!  (See the video tab for more info)
