Delivery Charges & Timeframes
New Zealand
Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight, size, and bulkiness of your parcel.
- XS light/tiny orders $7.30
- Small satchels $7.90
- Medium size parcels $8.90
- Bigger/bulkier mail bags $9.90
- Wholesale Large bulky boxes over 5kg, delivery will be recalculated to $13 (this is typically wholesale customers with big quantities)
- No extra charge for Rural.
- Full tracking provided
- Pricing is subject to change
- We send via tracked courier with Courier Post on weekdays.
- Please allow 2-3 days for delivery, we cannot guarantee overnight though always try our best.
- If your address is Rural Delivery it may delay the parcel by 3-4 days. This depends on your local driver.
- Parcels will be sent from Cambridge, New Zealand, after your payment has been confirmed. We will also email you to confirm.
- You will get a tracking number email automatically when we process your order
Australia and Other Countries
- Sent with Tracked Economy Courier
- Based on the weight of your parcel and calculated at checkout
- You'll receive an automatic tracking link when your parcel is scanned by the courier on pickup at HQ, and you can follow the tracking.
Payment
The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST 15%. Overseas customers are exempt from the 15% GST tax and this will be removed as you proceed through the checkout. The prices will adjust when the shipping destination is entered in the shopping cart.
You can choose to pay with Credit Card Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay. New Zealand customers can also choose to pay using Bank Deposit. We have a secure server for credit card payment.
Payment is processed in NZD $ Currency.
Afterpay - Buy Now Pay Later
Afterpay orders can only be exchanged, we are not able to process refunds for Afterpay Orders. Afterpay is only available for New Zealand residents at this stage.
