As for sizing, the original boxed set of your Forte breast pump would have come with a \u003ca href=\"..\/..\/..\/..\/unimom-breast-shield-kit\"\u003esize 24mm  breastshield\u003c\/a\u003e.  If you are finding that your nipples are rubbing on the sides, or too much areola is going in - then you will probably need a bigger size than 24mm.  Though its a tricky thing as women don't usually know their nipple size until they start pumping.
