For Flat Nipples

During pregnancy, wear inside your bra starting from 30 minutes per day gradually building up to 8 hours per day during the third trimester. When baby is born, wear between breastfeeding, or at least half an hour before you latch baby. When the Nipple Former is worn it creates gentle pressure on the nipple muscle which helps it to extend.

For Inverted Nipples

Wear for 30 minutes per day and gradually build up to to 8 hours per day starting at a time between the 4th and 7th month of pregnancy to help nipples prepare for breastfeeding.
