Good product - helped my wife and child bridge the gap when my wife's milk came in late. It meant we could supplement the feeds with formula while supply increased. It does take practice though, so be prepared to put in some work.

We had an issue with the feed tube screw, but Medela sent a replacement out the same day, which Breastmates helped arrange.

Less one star as Medela don't sell parts individually for this (the lines) as they did for their prior model, but still a good product.

We were finger feeding the twins with syringes formula and EBM while we were waiting for breast feeding to be established. Lactation consultant recommended the SNS, started feeding them at the breast with the SNS hooked up with EBM. Helped the smaller one latch better as they were rewarded faster at the breast. Can be a bit tricky, especially if like me you are juggling nipple shields! But once you get the hang of it it's much simpler than syringes.

A great supplement to breastfeeding

I just wanted to reach out and say your site was invaluable for me to keep breastfeeding. You were (maybe still are) the only site in NZ stocking the SNS and replacement tubes. Without this product my breastfeeding journey would have been so different and not such a success. So thank you from the bottom of mine and my 13 month old (who is still breastfeeding) heart.

Been using it for a while now as we trying to get baby back onto breastfeeding. This has been amazing to be able to feed like this with breast milk in the feeder or formula. So far i have been able to feed a few times without. So any mums out there having a hard time with feeding or supply try this out.

My breastfeeding journey was difficult and ended earlier than I wanted with my first baby. With my second baby, I prepared myself for difficulties and bought this product to assist... My baby is 5 days old and this has been a lifesaver while my supply establishes. If I didn't the SNS to supplement, I would have had to move to bottle feeding early on (which is not something I have a problem with expect first baby developed bottle preference at 12 weeks and started refusing breast). My LO is loving having all feeds at the breast, for nutrition or comfort, and doesn't notice the tubing at all. I'm still not sure if I will be able to EBF or not but it is not longer an all or nothing goal and my only goal is keeping bub interested in the breast for now which this is helping to succeed amazingly at. I'm so grateful I found it and wish I had with my first.

This helped save my breastfeeding journey. It’s the best way to feed top ups to your Bub if you have a low supply like me. It keeps Bub sucking effectively at your breast therefore stimulating your supply. I fed donor milk topups using this and was able to stop pumping. My supply has improved (to be fair I’m trying everything else too) and I’m now looking at reducing the topups. The tubes are nice and small, Bub doesn’t seem to notice them. It’s a little bit fiddly but probably not as bad as you might expect, and for me it’s preferred to pumping and bottle feeding.

This device has helped me continue breastfeeding whilst supplementing with formula. If we had used bottles full time our journey breastfeeding would have ended.
