How to use

Roll onto your wrists, temples or ankles, or apply a small amount to a cloth and gently inhale the aroma.

For use from your due date or once labour has started.

Use as part of your personal relaxation and birth routine, and follow the product directions and advice from your midwife or maternity care provider.
