Love these over the bump underpants as I can't stand the feeling of anything digging in under my bump. They are really comfortable and if they came in cotton or a cotton blend they'd be perfect. I'm now 37 weeks pregnant with a sizable bump and they still fit perfectly. Our baby is persistently breech so we'll be having a c-section so these will come in really handy after the birth too as I hear you need things that don't rub against your scar.
