• Warm therapy encourages milk flow, promotes let-down, relieves fullness or blocked ducts, and provides comfort before feeding or pumping.
• Cold therapy is recommended to relieve engorgement, soothe pain, reduce swelling, and ease inflammation – including mastitis.

For heat therapy:

Wrap gel pads in a damp paper towel or cloth and microwave in 15-second intervals until comfortably warm. Insert into the cotton sleeves and apply to breasts for up to 20 minutes before breastfeeding or pumping (not during).

For cold therapy:
Store gel pads in the freezer (without sleeves). When needed, run under cold water briefly to make them flexible, dry, place in sleeves, and apply to breasts for soothing relief.

Warm baby's bedding, soothe period pain or body aches, or use cold to help with sprains, stings, swelling, or even tired eyes and facial massage.
