We know that it can be difficult to purchase items online, without trying them on first.
So where possible we have stated sizing guides, tried to show video demonstrations on how some products work, and colour comparisons. We are always adding more resources like this as time permits, to enhance our website and your shopping experience.
Returns from New Zealand Customers
If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase, you can return the NEW unused items to us within ten days. (Excluding sale stock)
Please note that they must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact. Items must be returned with a copy of your receipt from our store. We can then organize a replacement or a refund. If we do send you out a replacement or different size, we don't charge you any more delivery costs, though you do have to pay at your post office to return the original to us.
Please contact us and we can sort it out for you, and tell you our address to send them back to.
Returns from Overseas Customers
Our returns policy still applies for customers outside of New Zealand. If you receive something but decide that its not quite right for you, please just email us straight away. We know the 10 day return period wont be suitable due to international postage both ways, so please contact us immediately and we can advise. When it arrives back we can send you a replacement or do a refund. If we do send you a replacement, we don't charge you any more delivery costs. Just contact us beforehand, and we can sort it out.
