And I do mean excellent. As a member of the 'major letdown and leakage club' I needed a breast pad to do the job, recommended to me by a friend, they never let me down. I have tried all other disposable brands but nothing comes close to these. Also stay in place on your bra well with two sticky points. Plastic backing means you bra stays dry too! Amelia
I found these were the only breast pads that could cope with my heavy night leakage as my milk supply settled in the early weeks, and also once my baby was sleeping through the night. Consider putting them in on a 90 degree rotation to the instructions if you sleep on your side. Well worthwhile. Rebecca
