Fenugreek aids milk production in breast feeding mothers, and
has been clinically shown to increase breast milk.
Usage: To increase milk production during lactation. To
encourage healing in the stomach and intestine. Not for use during
pregnancy.
Dosage: 2 capsules two to three times daily, with food.
