Delivery Charges
- New Zealand $6.50 via tracked courier, target for
overnight delivery.
- Australia $13.70 Airmail usually takes 5-7 days.
- Russian Federation $34.90 via standard Airmail
- Rest of World $22 via standard Airmail
Delivery Times
Parcels will be sent from Cambridge, New Zealand, after your
payment has been confirmed. WIthin New Zealand, we target
overnight delivery (Monday-Friday) for orders received
before 1pm. We will email you personally to
confirm. If your address is Rural Delivery it may delay the
parcel by a day - this depends on your local driver.
International Delivery
Yes we ship worldwide.
All parcels sent outside of New Zealand will receive a 15%
discount on the prices advertised on our site - this happens
automatically at the check out.
We use Airmail postage and the delivery rates are stated at the
top of this page. Worldwide Parcels are collected by our mail
service every day. Parcels are sent using Standard
Airmail Postage and the delivery time often depends on the
destination, and the mail service in your own country.
This is out of our control. Deliveries to any countries
(other than NZ) are sent with NO tracking service, only standard
Airmail.
Typically, you can expect:
- Australia approximately 5-7days
- United States & Canada approximately 10 days
- England approximately 10 days
- Rest of World approximately 10-15 days
There may also be import tax and duty to pay on your parcel,
this depends on your own country's regulations.
Payment
You can choose to pay with Credit Card Visa, American Express,
Mastercard, Paypal. New Zealand customers can also choose to
pay using Bank Deposit, Cheque and Layby. We have a
secure server for credit card payment.
Payment is processed in either NZD or AUD.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and offer a no-fuss
returns policy (for non-sale items).
Returns from New Zealand
Customers
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can
return the NEW unused items to us within ten days. (Excluding
sale stock)
Please note that they must be in original, unused, unwashed
condition with tags and packaging intact. Items must be
returned with a copy of your receipt. We can then organize a
replacement or a refund. If we do send you out a replacement
or different size, we don't charge you any more
delivery costs, though you do have to pay at your post office to
return the original to us.

Returns from Overseas
Customers
Our returns policy still applies for customers outside of New
Zealand. If you receive something but decide that its not
quite right for you, please just email us straight away. We
know the 10 day return period wont be suitable due to international
postage both ways, so please contact us immediately and we can
advise. When it arrives back we can send you a replacement or
do a refund. If we do send you a replacement, we
don't charge you any more delivery
costs. Just contact us beforehand, and we can sort it
out.
SALE ITEMS are non-returnable. Any items that
are on sale or have a price reduced cannot be returned for
exchange, nor size swap, nor credit, nor refund. This is
because at times of sale, the reason for the heavy discounts is to
clear our stock, and we don't want them back on our shelves.
