The other day a customer contacted us to see whether we could
run a poll for her
She said " I had an emergency c-section with my first 8
years ago and although got milk in had trouble maintaining supply -
I was curious if it may have been the c/s or just perhaps the
stress associated with the traumatic labour. Good to see a huge
range of times, and didn't seem to matter if it was natural or c/s
- I won't panic this time about having to have a c/s! "
The question we asked was: How long did it take for your
milk to 'come in' [and if you had a c/s could you note this with
your answer]
We had 132 replies and have tallied up the results. It's
not an official statistical or technical poll, just answers from a
